The International airport of Seychelles is located in Mahé close to Victoria the capital. It was built by the English.It has only one runway 3/31 which has a length of 2987 meters.There is also an airport in Praslin, with scheduled flight to Mahé. The airport was reopened in June 2001; it has been renovated because the number of planes increased. The cost of the renovation was around 40 million Seychelles rupees.
